Colby, Katie and Angela Smith of Smith & Smith Farms run a 200-acre operation dedicated to raising Red Wattle hogs, Dorper lambs, Angus cattle, free-range hens, and holiday turkeys. All of their livestock roam freely on pasture, living antibiotic- and hormone-free lives, and thrive on a soy- and GMO-free diet. The result is richly flavorful meats, sausages, and eggs.
