Welcome to Valentiful ("Valentiful," "we," "us"). This page includes both our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using Valentiful, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Terms of Service
1) Who Can Use Valentiful
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Valentiful.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2) Your Content
Valentiful may allow you to create, upload, submit, store, or share content such as recipes, notes, text, and images ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Valentiful a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.
3) Content Rules
You agree not to upload, submit, or share User Content that:
- Violates any law or regulation
- Infringes on someone else's rights (including copyright or trademark)
- Is abusive, harassing, hateful, or threatening
- Contains malware or attempts to disrupt or damage the service
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Scrape, crawl, or overload the service
- Reverse engineer the service or attempt to bypass security
- Use Valentiful to send spam or unauthorized marketing messages
- Interfere with the security or operation of the platform
5) Service Availability
Valentiful is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features, without notice.
6) Food and Recipe Disclaimer
Valentiful may include cooking content, recipes, and food-related information. You are responsible for: food safety and proper handling; allergies and dietary needs; and verifying ingredients and instructions. Valentiful does not provide medical or professional dietary advice.
7) Valentiful Intellectual Property
Valentiful's name, branding, design, and platform are owned by Valentiful and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to Valentiful's trademarks or brand assets.
8) Termination
You may stop using Valentiful at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or if we believe your use creates risk for Valentiful, other users, or the platform.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valentiful will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits.
10) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Valentiful harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the service; your User Content; and your violation of these Terms.
11) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Privacy Policy

Valentiful respects your privacy. This section explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2) Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you create an account or use Valentiful, we may collect:
- Account information (such as your email address)
- Profile information you choose to provide
- User Content (such as recipes, notes, photos, or other uploads)
Information collected automatically
Valentiful does not use third-party analytics at this time. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically receive basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the service secure and operational.
3) How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the Valentiful service
- Create and manage your account
- Store and display the content you upload
- Respond to support requests
- Maintain the security and integrity of the platform
- Send email updates if you opt in
4) Email Communications (Flodesk)
If you sign up for emails, we use Flodesk to send newsletters and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We do not sell your email address.
5) User Uploads
If you upload photos or other content, that content is stored to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share any content you submit.
6) How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate Valentiful, such as: hosting and infrastructure providers; database and authentication providers; and email provider (Flodesk). These providers only receive the information necessary to perform services for us. We may also share information if required by law or to protect Valentiful, our users, or others.
7) Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete your personal information and User Content within a reasonable time, unless we are required to keep certain information for legal or security reasons.
8) Your Choices
You can: request access to your data; request deletion of your data; and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To make a request, contact us at contact@valentiful.com.
9) Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10) Children's Privacy
Valentiful is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
