George and Amy Greer raise 100% Fullblood Wagyu on Amy’s 6th-generation family ranch in Brady, Texas. Their herd is raised without antibiotics, steroids, or added hormones; cattle roam on pasture with free-choice feed, are never confined to feedlots, and are cared for with compassion. The result is steakhouse-quality beef that’s both culinarily superior and nutritionally rich: intensely marbled Fullblood Wagyu, dry-aged a minimum of 30 days for deep flavor and healthy fats.
George and Amy are proud to share this beef — raised from birth on their family land — with customers across Central Texas.
