Their milk is gently pasteurized at a low temperature and never homogenized, so the cream naturally rises to the top. This careful method creates milk that’s the closest thing to farm-fresh raw milk you can buy on grocery store shelves.
Mill-King is free from preservatives, powdered milk, artificial hormones, and emulsifiers—just pure, simple dairy made the old-fashioned way. Their cows are raised with care on pasture and fed a forage-based, non-GMO diet free from corn, soy, and cottonseed. All milk is produced by cows right here in McLennan County and sent out within 48 hours or less to consumers across Texas.
