Randall and Katie steward 20 acres in Paige, Texas where they are raising their family, growing produce, and making small batch vinegar. At Luminaria Acres, they never use pesticides, synthetics, or chemicals—choosing instead to grow regeneratively through low/no till methods, thoughtful crop rotation, pollinator habitats, and cover crops that keep the soil alive and resilient.
Their farm sits on land that was once home to the Tonkawa and Lipan Apache peoples. In recognition of this history, Luminaria Acres contributes monthly to the Tonkawa Tribal Government in Oklahoma and the Lipan Apache Tribe in McAllen, TX.
Randall and Katie’s work is rooted in a commitment to nourishment, reciprocity, and regeneration—farming in a way that heals the soil and honors the communities connected to it.
