About Hackamore Ranch
Cody, a cowboy from Alpine, TX, and Albina, the daughter of a large-scale Uzbek beekeeper, met while working as civilian contractors in Afghanistan. After years abroad, they returned to Texas in 2019 with their young son, Cato, to build Hackamore Ranch—800 acres of native grasses and rotationally grazed livestock in Thorndale.
You can find their pasture-raised lamb, American Wagyu beef, and tallow-based skincare every weekend at the Mueller & Bell Farmers Markets in Austin.
