This is an earthy drink know as “vampiro” that's very popular is Mexico City. It’s name came from the idea of it bringing you back to life when hung over as its ingredients contain lots of antioxidants.

Ingredients

5 Carrots or 1 cup Carrot Juicejuiced
9 Oranges or 1 cup Orange Juicejuiced
1 Grapefruit or 1 cup Grapefruit Juicejuiced
1 Medium Beet or 1 cup Beet Juicejuiced

Sourcing Tips

The citrus can be substituted for mandarins and/or blood oranges.

Instructions

Wash, peel, and juice all ingredients.
Mix together and serve over ice.

Make ahead: This is best served fresh; Enjoy leftovers within 2 days.
Surplus Ingredients: This can easily be batched into an alcoholic drink by adding 1.5 oz of a tequila blaco of your choice per serving size. And adding a bit of ginger for a little kick.
