5 Carrots or 1 cup Carrot Juicejuiced
9 Oranges or 1 cup Orange Juicejuiced
1 Grapefruit or 1 cup Grapefruit Juicejuiced
1 Medium Beet or 1 cup Beet Juicejuiced
