Hi there, I’m Keith. Farmer and Harvest Manager at Joe’s Microgreens in East Austin. A fourth-generation farmer with 23 years of fine-dining experience in Fredericksburg, Texas. I bring a lifelong love of cooking rooted in time spent in the garden and kitchen with my grandmother. Today, my mission is to create the freshest meals possible using produce from local farmers and farmers’ markets.
