Sunday Dinners with Amy
Amy Eubanks is a classically trained French chef with 20 years of fine dining experience in NYC, including Café Boulud, Cello, and nearly a decade as executive chef of Michelin-starred BLT Fish, where she earned and held three New York Times stars. She also helped open acclaimed spots like American Cut with Marc Forgione and L’Amico with Laurent Tourondel. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon and the Institute of Culinary Education—where she was inducted into the Alumni Hall of Achievement in 2010.
Amy now lives in Austin, TX with her cats Cleo and Bear. She crushes it at karaoke, plays piano, throws elaborate Christmas parties with friends every year, and leads culinary development for bakery and holiday meals at Whole Foods Market. Fun fact: there’s a selfie out there somewhere of Amy with Tom Hanks, taken by Tom on his phone.
